Membership of the federation is limited only to Working journalists/Digital news Publishers with certain parameters that have to be followed while applying for membership. The members of the federation shall follow all the guidelines described in Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
Digital Media federation Reserves all the rights to cancel/deregister the membership of any of its members in case of not following federation guidelines/rules. The applicant who is applying for membership will agree and full fill all the criteria of membership before applying. One can apply for the membership online also by filling up the form but the membership will be treated temporarily till scrutinized.
The membership will be temporary and permanent, both formats of membership has different criteria to full fill.
